We delighted to announce the appointment of our new Executive Chef, Jeremy Cayron.
A French national, Chef Jeremy brings more than 15 years of culinary experience to Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. He has worked in some of the world’s top kitchens and exclusive hotels. Prior to his appointment at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, he was Executive Chef at Sofitel Chain Bridge Budapest, Hungary.
As a young trainee, Chef Jeremy worked under the tuterlage of the legendary Alain Ducasse at Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. He went on to work at the renowned P’ tit Polyte, a Michelin star restaurant in Hôtel Chalet Mounier Les deux Alpes, France.
Previous appointments have also included Executive Sous Chef at Sofitel Montréal, Canada, and Executive Sous Chef/Operations Chef for Gulf Hotels, Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Although trained in the classical style and passionate about traditional French cuisine, Chef Jeremy is also accomplished in theart of molecular gastronomy and uses the modern techniques to ensure diners enjoy a truly magnifique epicurean experience.
At Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, Chef Jeremy looks forward to ensuring that diners at each of our popular dining venues is a unique gastronomic moment.
