Every Sunday, treat your family to a spectacular gourmet Sunday brunch infused with French savoir-faire at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. With enticing á-la-minute signature dishes served at your table throughout the relaxed afternoon, the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Sunday Brunch at Voilà! is a culinary experience not to be missed.

Our chef Mark Hagenbach and his team have created new magnifique brunch stations for you! Savor our NEW pass-around items such as French asparagus with poached egg and sauce Bernaisse, Wagyu Nigiri and Tasmanian blue mussels with saffron in white wine, all served at your table. Make your own magnifique sundae with your favorite toppings.

The offer now also includes half a baked Canadian blue lobster per person served with a garlic and chilli butter sauce.

Diners can also enjoy black summer truffle risotto, prepared with Pino Grigio wine, finished with black truffle oil and Grana Padano Parmesan cheese.

There are also delicious appetizers of Ricard gravlax, house-smoked salmon, Royal Project smoked trout and tuna tartare. Local Thai favorites to spice up your Sunday include salads of soft shell crab, mieng kham, and somtam. At a Japanese station skilled chefs deftly roll fresh sushi and slice sashimi to accompany wakame seaweed. There are also pizzas pulled from a wood-fired oven, succulent flame-grilled French style chickens, roast beef and lamb. It’s a feast for all the senses as well as the appetite!

To complement the distinctly contemporary cuisine at the Veuve Clicquot Sunday Brunch, chefs at Voilà! draw inspiration from enduring culinary traditions by recreating a special selection of dishes from the open kitchen.

In Voilà’s Cheese Room “Fromagerie” you can indulge yourself with artisan cheeses to accompany charcuterie, freshly baked, breads, figs and dried fruits. The feast ends with homemade ice creams and classic French pastries.
