Uncles Suitcase – Canadian Rock lobster
In the month of July, Jonathan the nephew and Chef Jerome have prepared a special Canadian rock lobster menu. Jonathan recently received a suitcase of fresh lobsters from his uncle, currently travelling through Canada, and each night Chef Jerome will be cooking them three ways @ 3 THB a gram.
Canard du Jour
In August, come and enjoy the delicate flavours of French mulard duck. Chef Jerome will use this highly prized ingredient to create new dishes every week. The special dishes will include duck confit parmentier with black truffle at THB 690, magret carpaccio with green pepper at THB 490 and more. Advance reservations are recommended.
2 MICHELIN STAR GUEST CHEF – Patrick Jeffroy
From 30th September – 3rd October, celebrated 2 Michelin star Chef, Patrick Jeffroy will be our special guest chef at
L’Appart. Renowned as a master of fish and seafood cookery, Chef Patrick draws on the flavours of his childhood in Brittany. He earned his first Michelin star at Restaurant de l’Europe in 1984. In 2000, he opened L’Hôtel de Carantec and quickly gained two Michelin stars. An intrepid culinary explorer he loves to incorporate exotic overseas
discoveries into his dishes and looks forward to delighting diners at L’Appart.
